Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing and refunds work for LaundryHub subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 30-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

2. Subscription charges

Paid plans are billed in advance — at the start of each monthly or yearly cycle — and renew automatically until you cancel.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans — fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You can cancel any time to stop future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the cycle you've paid for.
  • Yearly plans — if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge and have not substantially used the service, you may request a pro-rated refund.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel any time from the app under Settings → Subscription & billing, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not delete your data.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, or there is a genuine billing issue, contact us within 30 days and we will review it and put it right.
